How can I obtain a Field of Dreams® Franchise? The first step is to request a franchising information packet by clicking on the link at the bottom of this window.

Is the franchise owner required to purchase equipment, products or supplies directly from Field of Dreams® ?
No. You can buy inventory and store equipment from individual dealers, distributors and/or manufacturers. However, keep in mind that you can get many items from us at a reduced price, with favorable payment terms.

Will I receive training and assistance in opening my store?
Yes. Franchise owners receive ten days of training at our training facility. This will include merchandising, inventory control, display, accounting, reporting, payroll and personnel matters. When it’s time to open your store, a Field of Dreams® representative will be there to assist with merchandising and set-up, so you’ll have all the help you need to get off to a good start.

Do you have a point of sale system?
Yes. Our computer system is designed to assist in inventory control, bookkeeping, sales and restocking of inventory.

How soon can I be in business once I’ve been approved as a franchise owner?
It varies according to location. However, once the lease is negotiated, it usually takes 30 to 60 days to complete construction or remodeling.

Can I sell my Field of Dreams® franchise?
Sure. Like any business, you can sell your franchise to an approved, qualified buyer. However, there is a transfer fee for administrative, legal and training expenses.

Would I make a good franchise owner?
That depends on you. If you’re prepared to work hard, are adaptable and trainable, enjoy retailing, and can accept guidance and direction, there’s a strong chance that you’ll succeed.
